It Wouldn't Be Thanksgiving Without. . .
Help me out, what menu item is an absolute must for YOUR Thanksgiving Dinner to be considered complete? I know it's trivial but I have thought about this quite a bit this year. Alfonso's side of the family is coming over for Thanksgiving Dinner on Thursday. When divying out food assignments I told the ladies that they should bring whatever dish makes their ideal Thanksgiving dinner comlete. They are bringing tamales, empanadas, ponche, and even a turkey (huge sigh of relief from me on that one). I'll be making stuffing, corn, gravy, yam soufflet, croissants, pumpkin pie, and whatever else comes to mind in the next couple of days. Just to be thourough, I'm even going to serve slices of cranberry sauce (despite the fact that I hate the stuff). With everyone's contributions, I think it will be a wonderful feast. So, tell me, how would you finish this sentence? It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without. . .

Hey does Alfonzo want to adopt a sister? I don't care what we're having just the thought of trying all of those yummy things makes me want to disown my family (for at least a day) and move to Heber:) for me it's not one food but all of the main...turkey, mashed potatos and gravy, homeade rolls, and pumkin pie.
Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without that sale adds!! I could do without the turkey...
Hey, come join us! The more the merrier :) I'm so excited to try everything. Marcie, my retail therapy partner in crime, I'm guessing you'll be fighting the masses Friday morning? Don't forget to wear adequate protective gear. I can just picture you charging down the aisles in a football helmet and those big shoulder pads ;) "Hey, that Tommy Hilfiger bathrobe is MIIIIINNNE!!!!"
